The Newell Argus charging station has an easy-to-read backlit LED display. There you can find, among other things, the charging indicator, the estimated time required to charge the connected devices, as well as information about the currently used sockets and ports.

Fast charging station
The DC input with which the station is equipped provides several ways of charging. You can connect the device to a traditional outlet using a power adapter, use a car cigarette lighter or solar panels (sold separately). The station's charging time can be further reduced by using the USB-C port with Power Delivery technology. Simultaneous charging with two independent power sources ensures a full charge in just 3.5-4.5 hours!

Plug it into your car's cigarette lighter socket
Traditional contact power sources are not the only way to charge the Argus 2200 station. Those who frequently drive a car or RV can use a 12 or 24 volt car cigarette lighter socket. In the first case, the charging time is 18-19 hours. If you use a 24-volt outlet, it takes 9-10 hours to fully restore the power.

Energy from solar panels
A third way to charge the Newell Argus 2200 power plant is through solar panels. The unit comes with DC cables with compatible MC4 connectors. The manufacturer recommends using solar panels with a DC voltage of 18-48 V. The charging time of the station in full sunlight is accordingly:

• 3–4 hours - when using 4 solar panels of 200 W each
• 6–7 h - when using 2 solar panels with a power of 200 W

Portable light source
In the case of the Newell Argus 2200 charging station, you will find a round LED panel with a maximum power of 2 W, which turns the universal power bank into a portable light source. The button on the front panel with the light bulb icon allows you to quickly turn the light on or off, set one of three brightness levels, and use the "SOS" mode in emergency situations.
