Despite its compact size, you can count on a stable connection thanks to the reliable 2.4GHz frequency. In buildings or other places with many wireless signals, the range is still more than sufficient. You can connect headphones or earbuds to the transmitter if desired. Almost all headphones with 3.5 mm port are suitable (TRS and TRRS). This allows you to monitor the sound recording and, for example, adjust the gain. Three gain steps are available, to adjust the sensitivity of the microphone. The BY-XM6-S2 Mini is MFi certified and therefore 100% compatible with iPhone and iPad, thanks to the built-in Apple chip. The mute button allows the person wearing the microphone to mute the sound.
