Fast, wide-angle Leica lens
With one of the widest lenses in large matrix cameras, the LX100 with a 24-75mm Leica DC VARIO-Summilux lens offers more flexibility and creativity. Range F1.7-2.8 enables better working in low light conditions and improved blur reduction. The unique optical design provides the same performance as the system camera lens at half the focal length. Nine diaphragm blades provide more smooth gradation blur for the background.

Manual control inspired by the classic camera design
Analog control environment based on a fixed camera design. The LX100 has a dedicated aperture ring, focus ring, shutter speed dial and exposure compensation. Control of these settings is convenient, instinctive and intuitive. With the LX100 you have greater freedom to make quick, flexible creative decisions with even greater accuracy.

High viewfinder (LVF) resolution for more accurate details
The LX100 has a high resolution 2.764K viewfinder. This allows more control when framing shots and integrates manual focus control with the autofocus response in an instinctive and flexible way. The viewfinder offers a magnification suitable for a 35mm format.
