Nitecore UM2 Battery Charger

With the Nitecore UM2 battery charger you can conveniently and safely charge 2 batteries simultaneously. The device charges with a total maximum current of 3000mA and is equipped with an LCD display that will provide you with the most important information. It is also distinguished by its wide compatibility. You can also use it to activate over-discharged batteries. The built-in micro USB port allows you to connect the charger to different power sources.

Efficient charging

The charger is compatible with QC2.0 power adapters, making its total output current up to 3000mA. There is a maximum of 1500mA per slot. This means that to charge one 3500mAh battery to 80%, about 2 hours will be enough!

The second life of batteries

With the charger, you can regenerate an over-discharged IMR battery. When you place it in the compartment and the code "EE EE" is displayed on the screen, press and hold the V button to start the regeneration process. The UM2 also allows you to activate over-discharged Li-ion batteries.

Durable and fire-resistant PC plastic has been used to make the charger. Thanks to this the device is very durable - it will serve you well for a long time. The UM2 will also not overheat, thanks to the built-in temperature control system. Furthermore, the charger is designed in such a way that optimal heat dissipation is possible. In addition, after 10 minutes of inactivity, the screen of the device will be automatically dimmed to save power.

In the interest of safety

UM2 offers a special program optimized for IMR batteries. It monitors the entire charging process, giving you the assurance that the voltage remains at the right level at all times. This protects the IMR batteries from damage and prolongs their life. The charger is also protected against short circuits and reverse polarity. Moreover, the UM2 automatically selects one of 3 charging modes (CC, CV or -dV / dt) depending on the type and capacity of the battery.

Multiple power options

You can easily use the charger not only at home, but also on a trip, for example. The UM2 is equipped with a micro USB port, which allows you to connect it to power in different ways. You can power it not only with a regular adapter, but also with a powerbank or even solar panels.

LCD display

The built-in LCD screen will provide you with the most important information about the charger operation in real time. For example, you can check the battery type and voltage, charging mode and time. You can also manually adjust the parameters of the device. The C button below the screen allows you to do this. Just press and hold it to set the desired voltage (3.7 / 4.2 / 4.3 V) or current (100-1500 mA) of charging.
