With the new FALCON series, Hikmicro is revolutionising thermal imaging. The flagship product of the new series is the Hikmicro Falcon FQ35 thermal imager with a large 640 × 512 pixel sensor, a 35 mm focal length and an f/1 aperture. The large sensor with a pixel pitch of only 12 μm combined with a low NETD value of <20 mK. This will certainly be useful for hunters and military personnel. The Hikmicro Falcon FQ35 is the field of view specialist among the new Hikmicro thermal imaging cameras. With a field of view of 22 metres, it measures everything, especially forest areas.

The newly developed high-end Hikmicro Falcon FQ35 thermal imaging camera sensor has a pixel size of 12 μ and a NETD (thermal sensitivity) value of only <20 mK. Even the slightest temperature differences, even under adverse weather conditions, objects can still be clearly detected. Combined with Hikmicro's all-new Image Pro image optimisation software, this revolutionary Falcon series sensor takes full advantage of its strengths to provide the viewer with high contrast and sharp images with unprecedented levels of detail and depth. In practice, this means that not only are sexual characteristics clearly identifiable, but even the smallest twigs, leaves and even individual blades of grass can be clearly identified in thermal imaging. All this with an effective detection range of up to 2,600 metres and a field of view of up to 22 m at 100 m.
The innovative technology is protected by a magnesium housing milled from a solid block. The lightweight but durable magnesium body is also coated with thick rubber armour for better grip. In addition, the new FALCON series has two side mounts for carrying, which are included in the kit, as well as a camera tripod thread on the bottom. The Hikmicro Falcon FQ35 thermal imager also sets new design standards. All functions, such as the three colour modes or even the 8x digital zoom, can be operated silently using just three rubber buttons. In terms of battery management, the Hikmicro FALCON series is also fully tailored to the needs of users and uses the popular and interchangeable 18650 battery format in the new thermal imaging cameras. Two 18650 batteries with charger are included in the kit, allowing the Hikmicro Falcon FQ35 thermal imaging camera to operate for up to 14 hours continuously. External power supplies such as power packs can also be used via the USB Type-C interface.
