Aputure LS 600D V-mount

The Aputure Light Storm LS 600d - V-mount is a modern, powerful lamp with many possibilities. It offers a constant colour temperature of 5600 K. An ergonomic controller with OLED display provides comfortable operation. The lamp is also compatible with the free Sidus Link app and DMX systems. It can be powered by V batteries, the local mains or a power generator. Thanks to the standard Bowens bracket, you can attach popular modifiers such as canopies, softboxes or lenses to this lamp. BRIGHT AND NATURAL LIGHT

If you want a lamp that accurately reproduces the natural colours of daylight, the Light Storm LS 600d is the perfect choice. The LS 600d Control Box included in the kit is a much more practical, smaller and lighter version of the controller known from the more advanced LS 600d Pro model. Weighing just 3.24 kg, the controller features a bright OLED display for convenient light control. You can securely mount the box in a convenient location on a tripod using the included Lightning Clamp mounting bracket.

 

 

 

 

 

OPTIMUM LIGHT INTENSITY

 

The Aputure Light Storm LS 600d LED lamp allows you to fully control the brightness level. With the ergonomic dial you can instantly decrease or increase its output. Adjustments here are made in 1% increments. This means you have up to 100 different brightness levels. SEVERAL WAYS OF POWER

 

"The Light Storm LS 600d can compete with professional HMI bulbs not only because of its high power output, but also because of its versatility in terms of power methods. Of course, you can connect the unit to the local mains, but that's not all. Two V-Mount battery slots allow you to conveniently mount cells directly on the Control Box. This will allow you to achieve up to 360 watts of power - half of what the Aputure Light Storm LS 600d can offer. You can also use a compatible power pack. Connect it to a 3-pin XLR socket (48 V) and you can then use the full power of the unit!

SIDUS LINK APP

 

As befits an Aputure-branded light, the LS 600d can't miss integration with the patented Sidus Mesh ecosystem, which allows you to control the light using the Sidus Link app. It is available as a free download from Google Play, the App Store, Mi App Store and the Huawei App Gallery. The app will allow you to control both a single light source and the entire lighting setup from Aputure.

 

 

 

 

 

REMOTE CONTROL

 

If you want to control the Aputure LS 600d without being near the controller, you can use the Sidus Link mobile app for smartphones and tablets, or you can choose one of two alternatives. The unit is compatible with the VA-RC1+ radio remote control, which provides a range of up to 100 metres. The manufacturer has also provided DMX512 input and output. These will provide DMX-standard wireless transmission, allowing the unit to be controlled from dedicated applications or full-size consoles. The VA-RC1+ remote control is NOT an OPTIONAL part and MUST be purchased separately.

 

 

 

 

 

EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM

 

The impressive power of the lamp means that the appliance generates a lot of heat. However, the manufacturer has provided an efficient cooling system to ensure a constant and stable operation, thus eliminating the risk of overheating. The ultra-quiet fan will ensure sufficient airflow, while keeping the airflow to a maximum of 31 dB (1 m from the lamp). The cooling system can operate in 4 modes: 1) Advanced - fan speed is adjusted according to the ambient temperature; 2) Intensive - suitable for use at temperatures between 35°C and 45°C; 3) Medium - suitable for ambient temperatures below 35°C; and 4) Quiet - the fan is switched off completely, with power output limited to 60 W.

 

 

 

 

 

STANDARD BOWENS

 

The Aputure LS 600d luminaire features the popular Bowens system bracket, allowing you to tailor the character of the light to suit any scene. Soft, gentle lighting? Sharp or spot light? The Bowens standard gives you access to hundreds of modifiers on the market to get the effect you want. You can use professional Aputure modifiers (e.g. Light Dome, Fresnel or Lantern) or look for other reputable brands.
