The versatile zoom range
It works by shooting various objects - from photos of landscapes, portraits through until after the reports. EF 24-70mm f / 4L IS USM is an excellent standard lens for full-frame SLR Canon. It provides a wide angle focal length standard lens and a telephoto lens and a constant maximum aperture of f / 4, which does not change when you change the focal length of the lens.

Macro mode
Separate item macro focus ring allows for a minimum focusing distance of the order of only 0.38 m at any zoom setting and provides the maximum rate to reflect the actual size of the order of 0.7.

Image stabilization technology
You can shoot handheld in low light at shutter speeds up to four stops longer than normally recommended. Technology image stabilization (IS) automatically detects movement of the camera to track moving objects and off stabilization in the right direction. Hybrid Image Stabilizer detects the angle changes and shifts in macro mode.

Optical design of high performance
Exceptional quality image recording in the whole range of the zoom control. Two types of aspherical lens elements combined with lenses with very low dispersion (UD) can effectively eliminate optical aberrations. Super Spectra coatings minimize flare and ensure maximum contrast.

Advanced auto focus
Enjoy fast and almost silent auto focus through ultrasonic AF motor ring. Full manual focus allows to maintain control.
