Olivon SWA Eyepieces In Case Set 2

This complete Olivon filter- and ocular set fits on refractor- and reflector telescopes with a 2" (50.8mm) ocular holder. The whole comes in a luxurious lined case. With the purchase of this set, you enrich your observations with different filters, or you can increase / decrease the magnification with one of the three oculars supplied.

- Increases the contrast between lunarscape characteristics in various light conditions
- For observing the contrast of the thick Venus cloud under good light conditions
- To increase the contrast of the polar caps, frozen areas and low clouds on Mars
- Darkens the atmospheric currents of Jupiter

Orange filter #21 2"(46% VLT*)
- Increase contrast between lunarscape characteristics
- Mercury, for decreasing the luminosity of the observation when observing by daylight
- Venus, for decreasing the luminosity of the observation when observing by daylight

- For better observing the blue tinted cloud formations of Jupiter

Green filter #56 2" (53% VLT*)
- Increases the contrast between lunarscape characteristics under various light conditions
- For observing the pattern of the clouds of Venus
- Mars, to increase the contrast of the polar caps and observe the frost
- Increases the visibility of the great red spot of Jupiter
- For a better observation of the white elements in the atmosphere of Saturn

Light blue filter #82A 2" (73% VLT*)
- Increase the contrast between lunarscape characteristics
- Improves the boundaries between the red belts and the adjoining bright zones of Jupiter
- Usable during violet clearing and when studying the surface of the polar caps of Mars
- Improves the low contrast details of cloud formations of Saturn

Moon filter crystal view 2":
- Increases the contrast of the lunar surface, while the surplus light pollution is stopped

* VLT = Visual Light Transmission. The lower the percentage, the less light is let through. Filters with a VLT of less than 40%, are only recommended for telescopes with a lens diameter of 6" or larger.
